Description
The MV Carpe Novo is a 42 m long motor safari yacht with a wooden hull. It has 3 decks plus a sundeck. The Carpe Novo is our newest 2016 boat and started operations March 26, 2016. The Carpe Novo is another upgraded sistership of the Carpe Diem and has been built in the Maldives by the same person, Amir Mansoor who built the Carpe Diem and the Carpe Vita.
The Carpe Novo is bigger than the Carpe Diem and even slightly bigger than the Carpe Vita, catering for a maximum of 22 people in 12 cabins divided over 3 decks thus providing more space.
The Carpe Novo like her two “sisters” caters for dedicated scuba diving, wave surfing and fishing trips for both individuals as well as groups.
The Carpe Novo like the Carpe Diem and The Carpe Vita provides 3 dives per day as standard.

A Dutch management that speak five languages. The team will do everything to ensure you will have an unforgettable time during your stay on the Carpe Novo.
The main air conditioned briefing area and lounge area, with a coffee / tea table offering you coffee/tea and drinking water 24 hours a day. It also has a wide flat screen TV and Full HD Media Player.
Outside of the lounge area there is another sitting area in the shade with comfortable cushions.
Furthermore the main deck has two comfortable junior single suites, a galley, dive equipment room, luggage storage room, camera room with good lighting and camera table, wine storage and linen storage, common toilet, office, outside sitting area.
From the outside as well as from the inside a staircase will lead you to the upper deck.
There you will find open air restaurant, bar, 4 junior suites, bridge area.
From the upper deck restaurant area a staircase will lead you to the sun deck. On the sun deck you will find plenty of sunbeds and a shaded sitting area, which is also excellent for having your sunset drinks.

The Carpe Novo has 12 comfortable cabins of different standards divided over 3 decks. The different cabin types are junior suite (4), single suites (2) and standard (6). All cabins have individually controlled AC, safety deposit boxes, life jackets and TV screens connected to central media system and their own private bathrooms. The electricity voltage on board is of 220V and the plugs are of multinational type.
Junior suite
The upper deck 4 Junior suite cabins (Whale shark, Hammerhead, Tiger shark and Thresher shark cabins) have king size (200 x 200 cm, California) beds which in the Whale shark and Tiger shark cabins can be separated in two single beds (90 x 200 cm), wide flat screen TV connected to central media system, desk, chair, dresser, hanging closet, windows throughout the side of the cabin, private ensuite bathroom with dual sinks and separate shower.
Single suite
The two single suites cabins (Eagle ray and Manta ray), located on the main deck have queen size beds (150 x 200 cm) and desk, chair, dresser, TV connected to central media system, individually-controlled air conditioning, hanging closet, large windows, private ensuite bathroom and shower.
Standard
A total of 6 standard cabins (Turtle, Dolphin, Barracuda, Octopus, Frog fish and Napoleon) are located on the cabin deck below the main deck. 4 cabins (Turtle, Dolphin, Barracuda and Napoleon) have one queen size bed and a single bed and the two front cabins (Frog fish and Octopus) have two single beds. All cabins have a smart TV connected to central media system, desk, chair, dresser, hanging closet, private ensuite bathrooms with showers. All standard cabins have portholes.
